Terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 Purpose

The general terms and conditions of sale described below detail the rights and obligations of Sandrine’s La petite classe du FLE company and its customers in the context of the sale of training files and online courses.

Any service provided by Sandrine’s La petite classe du FLE implies the buyer’s unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.

Article 2 Product presentation

The characteristics of the products offered for sale are presented in the “Prices/Products” section of our website. Photographs are not contractually binding. The company La petite classe du FLE de Sandrine cannot be held responsible for any errors. All texts and images presented on the website of the company La petite classe du FLE de Sandrine are reserved for the whole world under copyright and intellectual property; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.

Article 3 Period of validity of sales offers

Any pack paid for and started will not be reimbursed.
Except in exceptional cases :
long illness of the child, death, moving to another continent which would not allow the lessons to take place because of the time zone.

Article 4 Product prices

The “Prices/Products” section of our site indicates prices in euros, all taxes included.

The company La petite classe du FLE de Sandrine reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products ordered will be invoiced at the price in effect when the order is registered.

No discount will be granted for early payment.

Article 5 Order

The customer confirms his/her order by clicking on the “Confirm your order” link at the bottom of the “Order summary” page, after having accepted the present conditions of sale. Before validating the order, the customer is systematically asked to check each element of the order, so that any errors can be corrected.

The company La petite classe du FLE de Sandrine confirms the order by e-mail; this information includes all the elements of the order and the customer’s right of withdrawal.

The data recorded by Sandrine’s La petite classe du FLE constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. The latter is archived by La petite classe du FLE de Sandrine under the conditions and within the legal time limits.

Article 6 Terms of payment

Orders are paid for by credit card or PAYPAL.

For courses in Visio or at home and the discussion workshop, they must be booked for one month and paid in full.

Classes cancelled 48 hours in advance will not be billed.

For training courses, no refunds are possible once the course has begun.

Article 7- Lateness

During a Zoom video call, the teacher will wait for students for a maximum of 15 minutes. If no student shows up after this time, the lesson will not be made up and no refund will be given. If a student is late, the lost time will not be made up.

Article 8 – Date changes and cancellations

The teacher and students have the right to change the date of the Zoom video call or face-to-face class, already established if this is done more than 48 hours before the start of the class. In this case, all members must agree on the new time slot. If they cannot agree on a new time slot, the course will remain as originally scheduled.

No cancellations are possible. If a student is unable to attend a class, no refunds or reductions will be made on the original price.

Article 9 Withdrawal period

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of online courses or training (you waive your right of withdrawal for digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with your agreement https://www.service-public.fr).

Article 10 – Consumer mediation

Within the framework of the institution of consumer mediation, conventional mediation provided for in
in Title 1 “Mediation” of Book VI “Dispute Resolution” of the French Consumer Code, Article
L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code recognizes the right of any consumer to have recourse, free of charge
to a consumer mediator (natural or legal person) free of charge, with a view to amicably
amicable resolution of a dispute with a professional1.
